HEY MC!
ReplyDeleteMental health lost a great, colorful and controversial leader when Albert Ellis died in 2007. He crafted the therapy REBT, which is kindred to CBT. Ellis always exclaimed that REBT is a do-it-yourself therapy if one so desired and for me it's been a vital discovery that's helped greatly.
All your topics listed above look compelling and I just wanted to suggest Albert Ellis in the line up!
